3 Bean Salad Mexican Style Recipe

  1. Drain canned beans, combine with green pepper and onion.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients, except taco seasoning.
  4. Pour over vegetables, mixing well.
  5. Cover and marinate in refrigerator overnight or possibly 24 hrs, stirring occasionally.
  6. Before serving, drain, leaving small amount of marinade to toss taco seas with salad.
