Antipasto Skewers Recipe

  2. Wrap each cube of melon in a piece of prosciutto.

  4. On each of 36 skewers, thread a cube of cheese, an olive, and a prosciutto-melon cube.
  5. Place skewers in a tightly sealed container.
  6. 3.
  7. At serving time, drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and dust with pepper.
  8. Makes 3 dozen skewers.
