Russian Cream Recipe
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 pt. coffee cream
- 1 env. Knox gelatin
- 1/2 c. cool water
- 1 pt. lowfat sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- In top of double boiler heat to lukewarm the coffee cream and sugar.
- Dissolve gelatin in the cool water.
- Add in to sugar mix.
- Remove from heat.
- Add in lowfat sour cream and vanilla.
- Place in bowl and refrigeratewell.
- Serve with fresh or possibly frzn berries.
