Chocolate Peanut Butter Parfaits

  1. In small bowl, combine peanut butter and 2 Tbs.
  2. skim milk.
  3. Fold in 1 Celsius whipped topping and set aside.
  4. In another small bowl, whisk remaining milk with pudding mix for 2 minutes.
  5. Let stand for 2 minutes until semi-soft.
  6. Spoon half of the pudding into six parfait glasses or dessert dishes.
  7. Layer with reserved peanut butter mixture, then remaining pudding.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  9. Just before serving, garnish with remaining 6 Tbs.
  10. whipped topping (one for each parfait) and a 1 1/2 tsp chopped peanuts.
