Snow Top Cookies
- 13 cup Parkay margarine
- 4 pieces bittersweet chocolate
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs, 1 at a time
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- powdered sugar
- Melt margarine and chocolate together in microwave or in a pan on the stove.
- Set a side to cool.
- Combine sugar and eggs (1 at a time).
- Then add remaining ingredients (not powdered sugar) to make batter.
- Add cool chocolate mixture to batter, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Roll dough into 1-inch balls and then roll balls in powdered sugar.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
