Snow Top Cookies

  1. Melt margarine and chocolate together in microwave or in a pan on the stove.
  2. Set a side to cool.
  3. Combine sugar and eggs (1 at a time).
  4. Then add remaining ingredients (not powdered sugar) to make batter.
  5. Add cool chocolate mixture to batter, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  6. Roll dough into 1-inch balls and then roll balls in powdered sugar.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
