Asian Beef & Noodles

  1. In large skillet, brown ground beef until no longer pink
  2. Drain and mix in one seasoning packet from noodles.
  3. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  4. In same skillet, combine 2 cups of water, vegetables, noodles (broken up), ginger and remaining seasoning packet.
  5. Bring to a boil; reduce heat; Cover and simmer 3 minutes or until noodles are tender, stirring occasionally.
  6. Return beef to skillet and mix in green onion.
