Asian Beef & Noodles
- 1 1/4 lb ground beef
- 2 packages oriental flavor ramen noodles
- 2 cup frozen vegetable mix
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 2 tbsp thinly sliced green onion
- In large skillet, brown ground beef until no longer pink
- Drain and mix in one seasoning packet from noodles.
- Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In same skillet, combine 2 cups of water, vegetables, noodles (broken up), ginger and remaining seasoning packet.
- Bring to a boil; reduce heat; Cover and simmer 3 minutes or until noodles are tender, stirring occasionally.
- Return beef to skillet and mix in green onion.
