Merguez Dogs With Pickled Carrots And Cumin Aioli

  1. Julienne the carrots and place in a bowl.
  2. Add vinegar, water, sugar, salt and ginger to a pan and place on stove.
  3. Bring to a boil and pour over the carrots.
  4. Cover with plastic wrap and let sit for 20 minutes.
