Chicken Breast Karaage (Deep Fried Chicken)

  1. Cut the chicken breasts into large bite-sized pieces.
  2. Combine the meat and ingredients, then sprinkle in the katakuriko.
  3. Let rest for 2 hours.
  4. Right before deep-frying, coat each piece of chicken with flour and katakuriko combined in a 1:1 ratio.
