Sparkling White Sangria

• 750 ml sweet white wine
• 4 ounces club soda
• 12 cup apple brandy
• 12 cup simple syrup
• 1 lime, juiced and rind cubed
• 1 apple, cored and cubed

1. In a large pitcher, combine all ingredients.
2. Allow to chill thoroughly and serve over ice.
3. I used Italia Roscato Bianco Dolce for the sweet white wine but any Moscato will work.
4. If it is too sweet, a nice dry chardonnay will also work.
