Spicy Soy Milk Dan Dan Hotpot
- 150 grams Ground pork
- 1 thumb Minced ginger
- 1 clove Grated garlic
- 2 tsp Doubanjiang
- 2 tsp Tianmianjiang
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1/2 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 300 ml Water
- 2 tsp Chicken stock granules
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 3 tbsp White sesame seed paste
- 300 ml Soy milk
- 150 grams Chinese cabbage
- 1/2 stalk Japanese leek
- 1 bunch Bok choy
- 1/2 block Tofu
- 1/3 bag Enoki mushrooms
- 1/3 bunch Chinese chives
- 80 grams Daikon radish
- Chop the vegetables and tofu into bite-sized pieces.
- Thinly sliced daikon radish with a peeler is delicious in this dish.
- These are just suggestions, so use your preferred vegetables.
- Heat oil in a frying pan, and fry the ginger and garlic.
- When fragrant, stir-fry the ground meat until it becomes crumbly.
- Add the combined seasonings.
- Add the soup ingredients into an earthenware pot, and bring to a boil.
- Then add the vegetables.
- When cooked through, add Step 2, and it's done.
- When you mix the meat-miso and soup, the red colour from the doubanjiang spreads just like dan dan noodles.
