Best Ever Hot Chocolate! (Nutella)
- 1 pint half-and-half or 1 pint whole milk
- 8 ounces nutella or 34 cup nutella
- 4 ounces bittersweet chocolate (recommend "Lindt" 70%)
- 1 pinch salt

- Warm about one-third of the half-and-hald or milk, with the chocolate, nutella, and salt, strirring until chocolate is melted.

- Whisk in the remaining half-and-half or milk, heating until the mixture is frothy and giving off steam.
- Be sure to heat thoroughly for the smoothest texture.
