Black Forest Rasgulla Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 350?
  2. Bake at 350?
  3. for 40 minutes or till done
  4. When the cake is done, split it into two parts.
  5. Pour some rasgulla syrup onto the cakes.
  6. It should be wet to touch, but not too wet that the syrup starts to leak.
  7. Also, take around 8 rasgullas and split them into halves..I needed 9 according to my cake measurements..It may slightly vary according to the size..
  8. A few tbsp of cherry compote.
