Cheesy Chicken and Potatoes

  1. Spray the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. Peel and thinly slice the potatoes and place them along the bottom of the slow cooker.
  3. Slice the onion and place the slices on top of the potatoes.
  4. Then, place the chicken breasts on top of the onions.
  5. Combine the country gravy mix, the cheese soup, and the water together.
  6. Add salt and pepper (to taste) to the soup mixture.
  7. Pour soup mixture over the top of the chicken and other ingredients.
  8. Cook on low for 6-7 hours then serve.
