Light Fiesta Shrimp Dip

  1. Finely chop shrimp, reserving a few whole shrimp for garnish.
  2. Combine cream cheese and mayonnaise; mix well.
  3. Reserve 1 tablespoon green onions for garnish.
  4. Stir remaining green onions and remaining ingredients into cream cheese mixture; mix well.
  5. Spoon into serving bowl.
  6. Chill at least 2 hours or up to 24 hours.
  7. Stir; garnish with reserved shrimp and green onions.
  8. Serve with assorted vegetable dippers.
