Apple Crisp Oven Pancake
- 12 cup oats
- 2 14 cups Bisquick, divided (tm)
- 14 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 34 teaspoon cinnamon
- 34 cup milk
- 34 cup chunky applesauce
- 14 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 egg
- Mix oats, 1/4 cup Bisquick, brown sugar, cinnamon, and butter.
- Set aside.
- Mix remaining ingredients until well blended.
- Pour into greased jelly roll pan.
- Spread batter to edges.
- Sprinkle oats mixture over batter.
- Bake at 425F for 14-16 minutes or until light golden brown.
