Tuna Chowder Recipe
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. minced celery
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1 can cream of potato soup
- 1/2 can water
- 3 c. lowfat milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoon sweet basil
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 can tuna, liquid removed
- Saute/fry celery and onion in butter till soft.
- Add in soup, water, lowfat milk, basil, pepper and paprika.
- Heat to boiling, then simmer for 15 min.
- Flake tuna and add in to chowder.
- Simmer for 15 min and serve.
