Spagetti Sauce
- 1 x water
- 1 cup onions chopped
- 2 each garlic cloves minced
- 1 can tomatoes chopped, peeled
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon parsley leaves
- 1 each bay leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 18 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup cracked wheat (bulgur) cooked
- In 3 quart pan, saute onion and garlic.
- Stir in tomatoes, sauce, and spices.
- Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer, uncovered, 20 minutes.
- Discard bay leaf, stir in bulgur and serve over your favorite pasta, or spaghetti squash.
