PARSI PORA (Omelet) Recipe ParsiCuisine

  1. Chop the onions.
  2. ginger, coriander leaves and chilies fine.
  3. In a bowl, beat the eggs well.
  4. Add in all the above ingredients.
  5. In a frying pan heat the oil till hot and pour the mixture in.
  6. Sprinkle a little oil over the top, taking the oil from the pan.
  7. As soon as the lower side is cooked and turns light brown, gently turn the omelets to cook the other side.
  8. This omelet is flat.
  9. Serve with hot bread or toast.
