Portuguese Sweet Bread

• 1 cup evaporated milk
• 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into pieces
• 2 eggs
• 1 12 teaspoons fresh lemon rind, finely minced
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 6 tablespoons sugar
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 14 teaspoon ascorbic acid
• 3 cups bread flour
• 2 teaspoons yeast

1. Place all ingredients in machine, program for white or sweet bread.
2. Press start.
