Chicken In White Wine Broth
- 1 large Chicken
- 3 large Leek .carrot & celery cut into firger length
- 1 tbsp dried herb
- 1 tbsp salt & pepper cone
- 1 bunch corinder leaf & stem
- 1 cup White Wine
- 1 1/2 liter water
- ln little oil Brown chicken then add wine
- add veg .herb .salt & pepper cone
- cook in presure cooker on high for 20 minute
- Flake meat top will dill & coriander on rice
