Thinly Sliced Pork and Enoki Mushroom in Gochujang Sauce
- 10 slice Pork sliced thinly
- 1 large package Enoki mushrooms
- 1 tbsp Gochujang
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 Mayonnaise
- 1 Cabbage
- Roll the enoki mushrooms in the pork slices.
- Cook over medium heat.
- Flip the rolls over, and cook the other side.
- Mix the sauce together while the rolls are cooking.
- Once the pork has cooked through, add the sauce to coat.
- Arrange on a plate covered in shredded cabbage, and top with mayonnaise.
- Extra!
- Eat the pork and enoki mushroom rolls in a nabe pot!
