Crock Pot Chicken And Rice
- 3/4 cups rice
- 10 1/2 ounces soup, cream of celery
- 10 1/2 ounces soup, cream of mushroom
- 1 each mushrooms, canned whole (4 1/2 oz can)
- 1 each pimiento strips small jar, drained
- 1/2 each green bell peppers chopped
- 1/2 each onions chopped
- 8 each chicken breasts halved
- 1 x parmesan, parmigiano-reggiano cheese, grated grated
- Place rice in crockpot.
- Combine remaining ingredients except chicken and cheese in bowl.
- Mix well.
- Pour half of mixture over rice.
- Place chicken on top.
- Pour remaining soup mixture over all.
- Cook on high for 3 hours or until chicken is tender.
- Garnish with cheese.
