Pea Soup - Crock Pot
- 1 lb split peas
- 48 ounces chicken broth
- 1 white onion
- 5 -6 carrots
- 4 stalks celery
- 4 garlic cloves, pressed
- 1 bay leaf
- 14 teaspoon thyme
- 18 teaspoon salt
- 18 teaspoon ground pepper
- Finely chop the onion and celery.
- Cut up carrots.
- Rinse peas.
- Add all to crock pot and cover.
- Cook on high 4-5 hours or on low 7-8 hours.
