Just Mix and Cook - Soft Matcha Pancakes
- 100 grams Pancake mix
- 1/2 Egg
- 75 ml Milk
- 5 grams Matcha
- Measure out each ingredient.
- Put the matcha in the pancake mix.
- Break and beat the egg and halve the mixture.
- Put everything in a bowl and mix.
- Heat some oil in a frying pan, then place on a wet cloth to let it cool a little.
- Next add half of the batter and cook.
- When holes start to appear on the perimeter of the batter, flip it over and cook the other side.
- Cook the rest of the batter.
- Get it all out of the bowl with a spatula.
- Top with butter or maple syrup, (or if you don't have maple syrup honey) to taste, and it's done.
- The bitterness of the matcha adds a light fragrance to these fluffy pancakes.
