Salisbury steak

  1. in bowl wisk eggs with italian dressing, mix in garlic and pepper, and bread crumbs
  2. crumble meat over mixture and mix well by hand.
  3. shape into the amount of patties you need makes 4-6 depending on thickness
  4. In large skillet heat oil and cok patties till brown on both sides then remove patties onto a plate
  5. in a bowl combine broth, ketchup, wrchestire sauce and flor wisk well untill no clumps
  6. saute mushrooms in pan you used to cook patties for just a few minutes, then add broth mixture
  7. stir untill mixtur comes to slow boil and starts to thicken
  8. add patties back into pan with sauce, turn heat to low, cover and cook 10 min
  9. remove from pan to serving dish pour some remaining sauce over patties and enjoy
  10. I sometimes make extra sauce and pour over cooked egg noodles and add parmesan cheese or serve with steak fries:-D
