Honey Chipotle BBQ Sauce

  1. Combine wet ingredients in a non reactive sauce pan or stock pot, Bring to a low simmer, stirring regularly.
  2. Add dry ingredients.
  3. Stir to incorporate.
  4. Bring to low boil and reduce until the sauce sticks to the back of a spoon.
  5. Add tabasco to taste.
  6. Sauce may be canned or kept in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
  7. Makes about 5 pints.
