Spring Vegetables au Gratin
- 1 pkg. (250 g) Velveeta Process Cheese Product, cut up
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. dried thyme leaves
- dash of black pepper
- 2 cups green beans, trimmed
- 1 cup each: baby carrots and pearl onions Target 2 lb For $3.00 thru 02/06
- 1 cup sugar snap peas
- 1/3 cup dry bread crumbs
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Mix Velveeta, milk, dry mustard, thyme and black pepper in microwaveable bowl.
- Microwave on HIGH 6 min., stirring after 3 min.
- Mix vegetables in lightly greased large rectangular baking dish.
- Stir in Velveeta mixture; sprinkle with bread crumbs.
- Bake 40 min.
- or until vegetables are tender.
