Spring Vegetables au Gratin

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Mix Velveeta, milk, dry mustard, thyme and black pepper in microwaveable bowl.
  3. Microwave on HIGH 6 min., stirring after 3 min.
  4. Mix vegetables in lightly greased large rectangular baking dish.
  5. Stir in Velveeta mixture; sprinkle with bread crumbs.
  6. Bake 40 min.
  7. or until vegetables are tender.
