Easy Russian Chicken Recipe
- 1 frying chicken, cut up or possibly chicken parts
- 1 sm. jar apricot preserves
- 1 sm. jar Russian salad dressing
- 1 env. dry onion soup mix
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Skin chicken parts.
- Place in 9"x13" baking pan.
- In separate bowl mix preserves, dressing and onion soup mix.
- Pour mix over chicken.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 45 to 60 min.
- Serve with rice.
