Easy Russian Chicken Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Skin chicken parts.
  3. Place in 9"x13" baking pan.
  4. In separate bowl mix preserves, dressing and onion soup mix.
  5. Pour mix over chicken.
  6. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 to 60 min.
  7. Serve with rice.
