Grilled Steak and Vegetable Salad

  1. Preheat an oiled grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush 1/4 cup of the dressing over one side of steak and inside of yellow peppers.
  3. Grill steak and peppers 10 min., turning steak after 5 min.
  4. (peppers do not need turning) for medium-rare, or longer to desired doneness.
  5. Arrange greens, tomatoes and onions on 4 serving plates.
  6. Cut steak across the grain into thin slices and yellow peppers into strips; arrange over greens.
  7. Drizzle each with 1 Tbsp.
  8. of dressing.
