Tasty Hearts of Palm

  1. Drain hearts of palm, reserving liquid from 1 of the cans; set aside.
  2. Cook onions, green peppers, celery and garlic in dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat 2 min.
  3. or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring constantly.
  4. Add black pepper, hearts of palm and the reserved liquid; mix well.
  5. Reduce heat to low.
  6. Cover and simmer 15 min.
