Mock Shepherd Pie

• 1 lb ground beef browned and drained of excess fat.
• 2 cup hot mashed potatoes. (I used package of instant roasted garlic)
• 4 oz Philly cream cheese (cubed)
• 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
• 2 clove minced garlic
• 4 cup frozen mixed vegetables
• 1 cup beef gravy (I used the Heinz beef in a jar)
• 1/2 cup cheddar cheese for topping

1. Preheat oven to 375F.
2. Brown meat in large skillet and drain off fat.
3. Prepare instant potatoes
4. To potato mixture add,
5. Stir vegetables and gravy into meat.
6. Spoon into 9" baking dish.
7. Cover with potato mixture.
8. Spread with remaining cheese.
9. Bake until heated thru, about 20 minutes.
