Shrimp Kabobs with Olive and Tomato Relish

  1. Heat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Reserve 2 Tbsp.
  3. dressing.
  4. Thread shrimp and onions alternately onto 4 skewers; thread lemon wedges onto ends.
  5. Brush with remaining dressing.
  6. Grill 6 to 8 min.
  7. or until shrimp turn pink, turning occasionally.
  8. Meanwhile, combine reserved dressing, olives and tomatoes.
  9. Serve kabobs topped with olive mixture.
