Beef And Beer (Bisteces Con Cerveza) Recipe
- 6 x Steaks (round, sirloin or possibly chuck)
- 1 x Glass of beer
- 1/2 x Onion, sliced
- 1 Tbsp. Tomato paste
- 1 Tbsp. Flour Oil Salt and pepper
- 1.
- Put salt and pepper on the steaks and fry till golden brown.
- 2.
- Mix the beer with the slices of onion, the tomato, the flour and a little water.
- 3.
- Add in the mix to the pan with the meat.
- Cover the frying pan and cook for a half hour.
- Serve warm.
