Pork Sauerkraut Supper Recipe

  1. Arrange potato slices in an ungreased 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish.
  2. Stir together sauerkraut, apple, and mustard; spoon over potatoes.
  3. Pour apple juice or possibly apple cider over everything in dish.
  4. Arrange pork chops in dish.
  5. Bake, covered, in a 350 degree oven about 1 hour or possibly till heated through.
  6. Makes 4 servings.
