Cheddar Cheese Balls

  1. Bring the cheese and margarine to room temperature.
  2. Add milk, green onions pimiento, Worcestershire sauce and hot pepper sauce.
  3. Beat and combine.
  4. Cover and chill for 24 hours.
  5. Shape mixture into a ball.
  6. Foll in parsley or nuts.
  7. Let stand for 15 minutes.
  8. Serve with crackers.
  9. Makes 1 1/2 cup spread.
  10. 41 cal 4 g total fat.
