Marcia's Peanut Butter Surprises

• 12 cup butter
• 12 cup peanut butter
• 12 cup granulated sugar
• 12 cup brown sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 34 cups flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 12 teaspoon salt
• 48 Hershey chocolate kisses, unwrapped
• 12 cup sugar, to roll dough in

1. Cream butter, peanut butter and sugars.
2. Add egg and vanilla, mix well.
3. Add flour, baking soda and salt mix well.
4. Roll into 1 inch balls "push" one kiss into ball and reshape.
5. Roll filled balls into granulated sugar.
6. Put on greased cookie sheet.
7. Bake at 375 for 8 minutes.
8. Cool on paper bags to absorb oil.
