Sizzling Beef Fajitas

  1. Combine beer, onions, garlic, lime juice, cilantro, red pepper flakes and salt.
  2. Reserve 1 cup.
  3. Pour remaining marinade over steaks.
  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  5. Remove steaks from marinade; discard marinade.
  6. Grill steaks to desired doneness, turning once.
  7. Keep warm.
  8. For each serving: Slice 3 ounces steak into thin strips; brush lightly with reserved marinade.
  9. Arrange steak strips, 1 ounce lettuce and 4 tablespoons salsa onto warm tortilla.
  10. Garnish with avocado slice, chili pepper and cilantro sprig.
