Strawberry Puree Cheesecake

  1. Combine biscuit crumbs and butter, press into the base of a 22cm spring form pan; chill.
  2. Stir gelatine into strawberry puree, heat in saucepan or microwave (HIGH for 45 seconds) until gelatine dissolves.
  3. Beat Philly* until smooth, add sugar, lemon juice, gelatine mixture and cream.
  4. Pour into prepared crumb crust.
  5. Chill until firm.
  6. Decorate with orange slices and strawberries.
