Sticky Date Toffee Pudding

  1. Preheat the oven to 180degree celsius.
  2. Lightly grease 6 x 175ml ramekins.
  3. Place dates in a pan with 200ml boiling water and summer for 10 minutes.
  4. Place the rest of the ingredients (Except for the last 3 items) in a bowl and mix until well-combined.
  5. Add dates mixture and beat further until combined.
  6. Spoon mixture into ramekins and bake for 15 minute.
  7. Melt the last 3 items in a saucepan until sugar is dissolved.
  8. Bring to boil and remove from heat.
  9. Spoon sauce over pudding for a decadent treat!
