Junipero 102

• Ice
• 2 ounces gin
• 1 ounce fresh lime juice
• 1 1/2 teaspoons Simple Syrup
• 2 ounces chilled Moscato d'Asti
• 1 lime twist

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Add the gin, lime juice and Simple Syrup and shake well.
3. Strain into a chilled martini glass, top with the Moscato and garnish with the lime twist.
