Lebanese Kabobs with Cucumber-Yogurt Sauce
- 1/3 cup Kraft Creamy Cucumber Dressing, divided
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup chopped peeled cucumbers
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh mint
- 10 Premium Plus Crackers, finely crushed
- 1-1/2 lb. lean ground beef
- 2 tsp. ground cumin
- 2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
- 1/2 tsp. ground allspice
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Mix 3 Tbsp.
- of the dressing, the yogurt, cucumbers and mint; cover.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Mix remaining ingredients until well blended.
- Shape into sixteen 4x3/4-inch logs; place in 13x9-inch baking dish.
- Bake 18 to 20 min.
- or until cooked through, turning after 10 min.
- Serve warm with the yogurt sauce.
