Lebanese Kabobs with Cucumber-Yogurt Sauce

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Mix 3 Tbsp.
  2. of the dressing, the yogurt, cucumbers and mint; cover.
  3. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  4. Mix remaining ingredients until well blended.
  5. Shape into sixteen 4x3/4-inch logs; place in 13x9-inch baking dish.
  6. Bake 18 to 20 min.
  7. or until cooked through, turning after 10 min.
  8. Serve warm with the yogurt sauce.
