So Easy! Oven Baked Salmon
- 2 fillets Fresh salmon
- 3 to 4 tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Panko
- 1 tbsp Powdered cheese
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 1 Parsely Basil etc.
- 1 pinch Salt and pepper
- Season the salmon with salt and pepper.
- Put all the ingredients except the salmon into a small bowl and mix.
- I used blanched and minced spinach in the recipe, but you can use parsley or other green herbs or vegetables for colour.
- My young child doesn't like parsley.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lay the salmon filets.
- Spoon the sauce from Step 2 on top of the salmon.
- Bake at 340F/170C for 4 minutes Now you are done!
- Adjust the cooking time to suit your oven.
- (I always let them finish cooking in residual heat.)
