Glazed Triple Chocolate Bread (Gluten-Free Recipe)

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Combine brown sugar and 1/2 cup butter in bowl.
  3. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until creamy.
  4. Add 1 cup melted chocolate chips and eggs; continue beating until well mixed.
  5. Add flour blend, applesauce, baking powder, baking soda and vanilla; beat at low speed, scraping bowl often, until creamy.
  6. Stir in 1/2 cup chocolate chips.
  7. Spoon batter into 5 greased (5 3/4x3-inch) mini loaf pans.
  8. Bake 30-35 minutes or until center crack is dry when touched.
  9. Cool 10 minutes.
  10. Remove from pans.
  11. Combine 1/2 cup chocolate chips, 1 tablespoon butter and water in saucepan.
  12. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until melted and smooth.
  13. Remove from heat; stir in powdered sugar, vanilla and salt until smooth and creamy.
  14. Frost each loaf with glaze.
  15. Cool completely.
