Balsamic Philly, Grilled Veg and Prosciutto Baguette

  1. Combine Philly*, basil, vinegar and seasonings until smooth.
  2. Heat oil in a grill pan and chargrill zucchini and capsicum.
  3. Spread the Philly* mixture over the base of the baguettes.
  4. Top with basil leaves, zucchini, capsicum and prosciutto.
  5. Serve.
