Italian Style Pork Chop Bake
- 4 pork chops
- 1 (4 ounce) packetshake 'n bake pork seasoned coating mix
- 1 lb potato, cut into thin wedges
- 2 tablespoons zesty Italian dressing
- 12 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup diced carrot
- PREHEAT oven to 400F Coat pork chops with coating mix.
- Place in foil-lined 13x9-inch baking pan.
- ADD potatoes and carrots drizzle with dressing.
- BAKE 30 minute Top each pork chop with 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce and 1/4 cup cheese.
- Bake an additional 5 minute or until cheese is melted.
