Fried Rice with Peppery Curry

  1. Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the onion and stir-fry for 3 minutes, then add the garlic and continue to stir-fry for a few minutes, until both are golden.
  3. Add the beans and curry paste and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
  4. Add the rice and soy sauce and stir-fry until hot through, be careful not to overcook.
  5. Serve with the garnishes.
