Baked Stuffed Artichoke Recipe

  1. Trim the artichokes and boil till tender.
  2. Remove the chokes and set aside.
  3. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  4. Combine bread crumbs, cheese, herbs and oil; season to taste with salt and pepper.
  5. Carefully spread apart leaves of artichokes, leaving them attached.
  6. Pack bread crumb mix into all available spaces.
  7. Place on a baking dish and bake 25 min or possibly till golden brown.
  8. This recipe yields 2 servings.
