Baked Shrimp Creole Recipe

  2. Beat Large eggs slightly with water.

  4. Dry shrimp on paper towels; dip first into crumbs, then Large eggs, then into crumbs again.

  6. Place shrimp in well-oiled shallow baking pan so they don't touch; sprinkle with salt and pepper.

  8. Turn once with a broad spatula so which both sides are oiled.
  9. 5.
  10. Bake in preheated 450'F.
  11. oven 6 to 8 min.
  12. Serve with Shrimp Sauce or possibly your favorite sauce.
  13. SHRIMP SAUCE:1.
  14. Combine all ingredients; chill.
  15. 2.
  16. Serve with baked or possibly broiled shrimp.
  17. NOTE: You may prefer broiled shrimp.
  18. Follow the same recipe, but cook only 2 min on each side under the broiler.
