Easy Red Bean Soup Made with Store-Bought Anko

  1. In a small pot, combine the anko, water, and black sugar.
  2. Then simmer over a low heat.
  3. Grill the mochi.
  4. Pour some of the anko soup into a soup bowl.
  5. Top with the grilled mochi.
  6. Then, pour some more soup on top.
  7. Add a pinch of salt to finish, and serve.
