Ahi Poke Salad Recipe

  1. Directions: In a frying pan, heat the oil on medium heat.
  2. Fry the tortillas, one at a time, till golden.
  3. Drain on paper towels.
  4. To prepare the fish, combine the onions, ogo, soy sauce and sesame oil.
  5. Add in the cubed fish to the sauce and mix well.
  6. The fish is served sashimi style (not cooked).
  7. Assemble by layering, placing the tortilla on plate first, followed by the green, the second tortilla, and somen.
  8. Place the fish and sauce on top.
  9. Serves 2.
